By accessing or using Primaris Course Platform (the "Service") operated by PRIMARIS SOFTWARE LTDA ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Primaris Course Platform is a SaaS platform that allows users to build and manage their own white-label course platforms. Users can create accounts, manage students, upload courses and materials, and grant access to their content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
As a platform owner, you are responsible for managing your students and their access. The responsibility of suspending or managing student behavior lies with you, the platform owner, according to your own rules, provided they do not violate these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, host, or transmit content that:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.

Our Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually). We offer different tiers with varying features and limits, including a Free Tier.
We offer a 15-day free trial for new users to test the platform.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not be renewed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PRIMARIS SOFTWARE LTDA, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Use at Your Own Risk: If you discover a bug, you understand that you are using the platform at your own risk. While we are committed to fixing bugs, we are not liable for any issues arising from them.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
